You will also find our new User Forums helpful. Please post all new questions in the appropriate product forum. Anyone can read the forums, but posting to any topic requires registration.
When necessary, we use free Skype video chat to solve installation issues. This has proved to be much appreciated by our customers. Members of our Developer Program have direct Skype access to support staff who are very familiar with all the PiXCL software and firmware.

Please note that we develop all our software under Windows 10, and support Windows 8 and 7. We do not offer support for Vista or operating systems no longer maintained by Microsoft, including XP.
