Decaf boards with analog inputs can accept 0-5v inputs. Inputs are buffered with an op-amp to protect the mpu. Diodes to Vcc and GND protect against voltage spikes. Input impedance is 1 M ohm.

Analog Inputs not connected to a sensor float at 0v via the 1M resistor to GND. You may find it beneficial (and we strongly recommend) for your external circuit design to ground unused inputs.
