Octal switch debouncer module for Digital Inputs
Mechanical switches always have some bounce on action which can cause erroneous effects in firmware. All switches need some sort of debounce circuit.
This module fits directly into the Decaf board digital input connectors and provides stable signal change. No additional components are required other than the switch.
The module includes a jumper to either enable the inputs directly, or by a signal from a Decaf board digital or control output. The debounce chip also provides a Change_State signal that can be used as an external interrupt.
